Common questions
What counts toward my plan?
Your plan counts reps and managers — anyone who holds a rep or manager position and is measured and paid by Earnest. Admins are free and unlimited, however many you have. Deactivated people don't count either.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. We automatically update your billing based on the number of reps and managers. We'll warn you when you add someone who would take you past your current billing threshold. On the free Starter plan, you'll need to provide a credit card when upgrading.
Do all plans include the exact same features?
Yes. Feature-gating by tier just means the cheaper plans stop working exactly when you need them. Every feature, including the ingest API and audit logging, is on the Starter tier.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and the audit log records every admin action with before/after snapshots for internal compliance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All paid plans are month-to-month with no annual commitment. Cancel from your billing settings at any time — you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.
